Custom orders begin shortly after payment is received. If you need to cancel or make changes, please reach out within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, I can’t guarantee adjustments or modifications.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if there's an issue with your order, contact me within 48 hours of delivery so I can make it right.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
I carefully package every order, but if something arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, please message me within 48 hours and include photos of the item and packaging. I’ll take care of it.
📬 Shipping Policy
All physical items ship via USPS or UPS with tracking. Shipping rates are based on item weight and size:
Standard Shipping
$6.50 for the first item, $1.50 for each additional

Larger printed items (e.g., 30+ invitations)
Lightweight Shipping
$3.50 for the first item, $0.50 for each additional
Used for:

Beaded pens & pencils

Smaller items (e.g., under 20 invitations)

Delivered free via email with no shipping charges

Orders over $55 ship free with code 55FREESHIP
🚗 Local Pickup
Available for customers in South Cobb, West Cobb, Paulding, Douglas, or South Fulton Counties.
At checkout, use code LOCALPICKUP to remove shipping charges. I’ll follow up to coordinate a time and location to meet.
Please only use this code if you are arranging in-person pickup. Non-local orders using this code may be canceled or invoiced for shipping.
📦 Once your package is with the carrier, shipping times are beyond my control. Tracking will always be provided, and I’ll help however I can if delays occur.

Please order early during the holidays! Custom work takes time. I recommend placing your order at least 2–3 weeks in advance of your event or deadline to avoid delays.
