🖼 Can I upload a photo or reference image?
Absolutely! You can upload your photo, logo, or reference image right on the order form before checking out — no need to email separately.

🚚 What shipping method do you use?
Orders ship via USPS or UPS with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your item is on its way.
How much is shipping, and how do you ship?

Standard Shipping starts at $6.50 for the first item, plus $1.50 for each additional item.

Lightweight items like pens and small printed decor ship for $3.50 plus $0.50 each additional.

Digital items are delivered free via email with no shipping charges anywhere in the world.

Local to Paulding, South Cobb, West Cobb, Douglas, or South Fulton County use code LOCALPICKUP at checkout, and I’ll reach out to arrange pickup.
🧾 Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is made just for you, returns and exchanges aren’t accepted. But if there’s a problem with your order, please contact me — I want you to love what you receive.
💡 Can I request something not listed in your shop?
Absolutely! I love bringing new ideas to life — from graduation stoles to canvas bags and everything in between.
If your request fits an existing product (like notebooks, shirts, or drinkware), just head to that product page and fill out the customization form right there before checkout.
